How long does shipping take?
Orders within Jabodetabek usually arrive in 1–3 business days. Nationwide delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Enjoy free shipping on orders above Rp 250.000 across Indonesia. Below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of Rp 25.000 applies at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also contact our support team with your order ID for a status update.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA), credit/debit cards, and QRIS. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter the packing queue. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
Are ACTV products true to size?
Most tees and hoodies run slightly oversized for a relaxed street fit. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements per category before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available to select Southeast Asian countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
