Shipping Policy
- Free shipping for orders above Rp750.000
- Standard shipping: Rp25.000 (Java), Rp35.000 (outside Java)
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 2–4 days (Java), 4–7 days (nationwide)
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Use it to monitor your delivery status.
Return Policy
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges for different sizes are available within 14 days, subject to stock availability. Contact hello@actv.id to initiate a return or exchange.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
